Your Feedback and Satisfaction counts: My New Referral Program

The challenges of a team are diverse and individual - as are the demands on leaders. Stress, excessive demands, frustration, role conflicts and fluctuation are just some of the problems that need to be solved. Therefore, my team trainings focus on discussing the team's goals and learning how to master the individual challenges with confidence. During the workshop, we create a "we" feeling to enhance the team spirit, clearly define roles and develop a common language and conflict resolution strategy. For this, we use workshop methods such as my self-designed Soccer Field Model and the Eigenland® method.

My aim in the trainings is to provide teams with helpful tools that lead to long-term success. It is particularly important to me that my coachees and training participants are satisfied. This is particularly evident when managers or training participants recommend me to others.

What are my thank-You-Packages?

Since there is no greater feedback than being recommended, I would like to give something back. Therefore, I created two different thank-you-packages. If you recommend Cocos Team Training to someone, for example to your friends, family or HR department and as a results, I do a team training with this person or company, you can choose between the following two packages:

Either 2 free coaching sessions for you or for a person of your choice

OR 100€ for you!

This is my way of saying thank you for the trust and positive feedback.

How does it work?

If you feel like recommending my team training to someone, just share this link with your friends, family or HR contact. For the German version, please use this link.

The website that opens provides you with more information about my team trainings, e.g. my approach, my methods but also references and a registration form. One field of the registration form asks about "How did you hear about me?". The person interested in having a first talk and discussing a possible team training can simply name the person that recommended me. When a team training takes place, the person who shared the link and was named in the registration form will be contacted.

On one more note: I know how important it is to have a trusting relationship when working together, especially when working on employee development. I always aim at making my participants and clients fully satisfied with the training. Therefore, I offer a full refund of the participation fee of the first session within 14 days in case a team is not satisfied.
