 In this virtual, 4-hour workshop, managers learn how to give constructive feedback while strengthening the relationship with themselves, their employees, customers or colleagues. We use the practice-oriented football field method® in Coco's 'Toolbox for Managers' to develop solution strategies for the topic of feedback. Coco's methods are based on self-leadership, on emotional intelligence, and help you to give feedback empathetically and purposefully. Of course, the topic of 'delegating' is also part of the workshop. No prerequisites or love of football are necessary for this workshop. :)
