The challenges of a team are diverse and individual - as are the demands for the manager. Stress, excessive demands, frustration, role conflicts and fluctuation are just some of the problems that need to be solved. My customized team training strengthens communication and the WE-feeling in your team.
I support leaders and their employees in developing an appreciative feedback and communication culture as well as a shared vision. As a certified communication trainer, I show all participants how to successfully navigate areas of responsibility, emotions and stress.

Despite fluctuation, which causes high costs for the acquisition and training of new employees, or even reduction of staffs, teams are in the need to constantly deliver results. This needs to be handled well.
Communication & Feedback
Different roles, experience levels, cultures ways of working converge in a team. This means demotivation and excessive demands need to be transformed into trust and a sense of togetherness.
Dealing with Stress & Uncertainties
Personnel changes in the company, e.g. becoming a manager, might lead to uncertainty, stress and frustration in a team. Managers as well as their employees should be accompanied in this process.
Restructuring & Change
When new teams and processes emerge, a productive and stimulating space for getting to know each other needs to be created. Furthermore, a clear allocation of roles and rules of conduct are needed.
Finding Solutions in Team Trainings
The roots of a healthy communication culture lies in the ability to self manage and to create inner peace. That's why my team training always begins with exercises focussing on these two stages.
In a team workshop, we look at the team's goals and learn how to master individual challenges with confidence.
Modules of the Training
Each training is individually tailored to the company and team. Before I design a training, I discuss the wishes and goals with the responsible leader or HR manager in a free virtual meeting. In addition, we work out the needs of the participating team, e.g. through a practice-oriented team analysis. Whether digitally or on-site, I ensure in advance that we address the issues that concern you.
While I often base my trainings on the following 4 types of trainings, all used methods are playful and practical. All participants are involved in a fun and entertaining way and other methods are added depending on how the training is going. For example, in almost every training I use my self-designed soccer field method and my toolbox for leaders.
Through the playful and pictorial method, communication is promoted with ease and the team gets into important conversations.

My team trainings have already been completed with joy and success by hundreds of participants. Nevertheless, in the case that a team is not satisfied with the training, I offer to return the participation fee of the first session within 14 days.
