My customized team training strengthens the "WE-feeling" in the team. I support leaders and their employees in developing an appreciative feedback and communication culture as well as a shared vision. As a certified communication trainer and coa, I show all participants how to successfully navigate areas of responsibility, emotions and stress.

When new teams and processes emerge, a productive and stimulating space for getting to know each other needs to be created. Furthermore, a clear allocation of roles and rules of conduct are needed.
Finding Solutions in Team Trainings
The roots of a healthy communication culture lies in the ability to self manage and to create inner peace. That's why my team training always begins with exercises focussing on these two stages.
In a team workshop, we look at the team's goals and learn how to master individual challenges with confidence.
The team training consists of three modules. The contents of these modules are tailored to the specific needs of the team. All participants work together in the group on the three modules. I ask the teams specific questions - and help them find answers by using supportive and tested methods. With these exercises we will develop a common language. Managers and employees finish the training with a strengthened team spirit and a feeling of belonging.

How is the workshop structured?
Before I design an individual training, I discuss wishes and goals in a free initial meeting with the manager. In addition, we inquire the needs of the participating team, e.g. through a practice-oriented team analysis. All appointments can take place digitally and, if desired, also on site.
Together we use an imaginary toolbox that contains multifaceted methods for everyday work. The focus always lies on the practical relevance as well as the simple applicability of the instructions in leadership situations, conversations or in the preparation. The most important method in my leadership toolbox is the Soccer Field Model©, which I developed myself.
