No matter if you just started in a leadership position or have been leading people for many years: Every leader should have their toolbox. When I talk about a toolbox, I mean this collection of methods and tools that make your role as a leader more fun and effective.
These tools help you in your daily life. Maybe you use some tools to support, motivate and empower your employees. Or to strengthen the unity of your team. Other tools might enable you to give more effective feedback. Or to set boundaries and reduce stress to lead more effectively.
